Frame machines are giant straight edges that won’t bend or flex under pulling forces, which is important when you are trying to bring a damaged vehicle back into factory specifications. All of our racks allow auto repair shops to put tremendous amounts of force against a vehicle once it is secured. We build racks that withstand multiple years of pulling force coupled with abuse that would turn any ordinary frame rack into a twisted pile of metal. When considering the purchase of a frame rack, choose one from the people who build more innovation and quality into the base structure than anyone else. Choose Chief and pull with confidence!
Never turn away business because of an undersized rack again. At 22-feet-long and 92-inches wide, Goliath™ can easily handle the biggest and baddest pick-ups, extended cab dualies and SUV’s around, and is the longest and strongest passenger car and truck pulling system Chief has ever produced.
From its brawny 10-ton towers to its impressive 12,000-pound lift capacity, the Titan™-360 combines all the raw power you’ll ever need with the innovative and easy-to-use features Chief is famous for to enable you to get the job done quickly, correctly and profitably.
Each E/VHT tower offers 10 tons of power at the hook
• 10,000-pound lift capacity • Low pressure system offers more power and tighter control for faster, higher quality repairs
Only EZ Liner® Express offers the right combination of features in a smaller, high quality collision pulling system - packaged to keep your shop on the cutting edge of today’s repair industry.
Frame racks like the Chief Goliath™ provide multiple, simultaneous pulls with equalized pressure. This technique applies the same amount of pressure across multiple points of the damaged area at the exact same time, to prevent ripping, tearing, bending or rolling of high-strength steel. Pulling a single area at a time or pulling multiple areas without equalized pressure can actually put more damage into a vehicle. These Chief pulling systems also supply 10 tons of pulling power at the hook. Other systems may use 10-ton rams, but by the time the pressure gets to the hook, the pressure could have dropped to as little as four tons.
Why waste money on multiple racks orpulling systems that choke on the bigjobs, when the TitanTM-360 provides all thepower and performance you’ll ever need.
When shopping for a new frame rack, repair professionals must first determine what kinds of vehicles the rack will be used for. For facilities that service trucks, SUVs and other full-frame vehicles, it is important that the frame rack has sufficient pulling power at each tower, a long deck and enough lifting capacity to raise the vehicle to a comfortable working height. Some systems may use powerful 10-ton rams, but the actual power at the hook may be as little as four tons. The Titan®-360 frame rack from Chief Automotive Technologies features 10 tons of pulling power at the hook.
Chief’s full-sized impulse®-E/VHT frame rack features 360-degree, multipoint pulling capabilities that allow technicians to isolate damaged areas for accurate, efficient repairs. The deck offers variable height settings for versatility and each pulling tower is equipped with 10,000 lbs. of power at the hook for handling nearly any job.
